Michelle has over 35 years’ experience in customer service and over 20 years in finance, assisting home buyers and investors. A career change in February 2016 brought Michelle into Real Estate and as a result she is still happily helping people get into their new homes. She is also active in the local community, with We’ve Got you Foundation and Zonta Club Hervey Bay.

 Lisa was born in the Wide Bay region and first moved to Hervey Bay to go to high school. Lisa followed her family into the building industry, where she performed a variety of roles for residential and commercial properties, including running the family building business.

In 2008 Lisa took a new direction into property management, and in 2017 made the natural move to sales. Lisa quickly earned a reputation of not being a "typical real estate agent" and in 2021 was awarded as one of the Top 5 Agents in Hervey Bay by Rate My Agent.

As well as being a good communicator and showing a lot of empathy and patience, Lisa takes pride in being able to bring together buyers and sellers.

Outside her sales role, Lisa organizes the annual Biggest Morning Tea, is a member of Toastmasters, and enjoys being the mother of her two adult children, going to the beach and exploring new places and areas.
