Community Lifestyles Agency (CLA) is a disability support provider based in Maryborough servicing a range of individuals and their families for over 30years on the Fraser Coast. CLA is a non-profit organisation that is funded by various Government Funding, including NDIS. The vision for CLA is image the possibilities, amazing opportunities, together we achieve it all. All members of CLA believe that every person in our society has the right to a quality lifestyle, while living in the place of their choice as an integral part of the community.

Youth Assist

Youth Assist is a not for profit service engaged in supporting young people aged 12 – 24 to Build Better Lives.

We offer two unique, trauma-aware programs – “I’m Possible” and “The Me Degree”. Each program is designed to identify strengths, see opportunity, and overcome the invisible barriers which hold youth back from education, employment and entrepreneurship.

Our programs reflect our decades of experience supporting people across Hervey Bay, who have been impacted by trauma to build a new future. Evidence and experience sits at the core of these specialised, wrap around programs which are facilitated by trauma-informed counsellors and coaches.

Programs are free for participants, funded by the Australian Government Departments of Home Affairs (Industry, Science, Energy and Resources) and the Department of Social Services.

Simple Solutions Training and Consulting is a Registered Training Organisation and a registered NDIS provider. We pride ourselves on providing excellence in person-centred training and service delivery throughout our organisation. As an organisation we embrace the following values:

We provide training in Individual Support, Community Services, Leisure and Health, Mental Health (including Peer Work), Child, Youth and Family intervention and First Aid via a wide variety of mediums. We cater for online training, blended learning, face to face and other forms of training techniques and regularly conduct forums and seminars in our specialist fields.
Our NDIS services are based on the Fraser Coast in Queensland and are individually designed to suit each person who we support.
Fraser Coast Fudge and Ssoulitude Coffee – our vision is to create positive social change, through cause-driven business, where society profits. Our social mission is to provide opportunities for individuals from diverse backgrounds, at-risk populations and of all abilities to develop skills set for employability. To form a connection between community, personal growth and access to Employment and Training. We believe that employment opportunities form a critical part of an inclusive and empowering community for people with a disability. Fraser Coast Fudge and Ssoulitude Coffee offers employment in a safe, supportive and social work environment.

Bayside Christian Church

Bayside Christian Church is a contemporary Australian Christian Churches (ACC) church that serves our community and has very effective and relevant programmes for all ages especially children, youth, families and over 60’s. Sunday services are at 8:30am, 10:30am and 5:30pm with great music for worship, practical teaching and prayer for peoples needs.

APM

APM are the Partners in the Community with the NDIS. The role of the Community Capacity Building Team is to establish relationships and positive collaborations, that will engage all of community to develop increased inclusion for people with a disability. APM have a high level of commitment and experience in this sector. Our Local Area Coordinators (LACs) help people with disability, NDIS participants, families and carers to identify and access the support they need. We are proud to provide Local Area Coordination services and our LACs are dedicated to helping you access the right support.
